Regional
Assessment Export:
Changed date error checking in the form to clarify that
the only allowable date range is to be that of the dates
defined for the tournament in the System
Configuration-Misc tab. The date can be changed to
be within the tournaments date range. For example
if the tournament is defined as from 06/16/2008 to
06/22/2008, and you only need to export one day, you may
enter from 06/18/2008 to 06/18/2008. Any dates
entered outside of the range will result in the date in
error being displayed in RED and a displayed error
message. When the error message is closed the
original date is returned to the field.
Team Data:
Added validation when leaving the Team # field to verify
that the combination of the Club ID and the Team # is
unique.
NOTE:
A clarification that even if there is only one team in
the club, a unique Club ID must be created for each team
created. If there is more than one team for a club
in an age group, then the Team # must be used to make
the team unique. If a duplication/pre-existing
Club ID and Team # is found, an error message is
displayed and the cursor is returned to the Team #
field. For example, if in the B19 age group there
are two teams, Team White and Team Blue, and the Club ID
is ABCD, then a Team # of ‘A’ for Team White and a Team
# of ‘B’ must be defined to make the Teams unique.
B19-ABCD-A and B19-ABCD-B.
System
Configuration:
Added option to print System Date on USSF Reports of
Assessments if option is checked.
USSF Reports of
Assessments: Added
Date to reports if the option is checked in the System
Configuration. Trimmed leading and trailing blanks
from Team Age field in Home and Away Team names.

Complex, Field and Schedule data directly into

correctly. You have the option of renumbering at the end of
the process or performing the renumbering in the Game

1.
Game Assignments:
Changed Game Assignments to create or update a Referee
Assessment record for each assigned referee. This
will remove the requirement to ‘Add’ ad record for each
assessment. Once a Referee has been assigned to
the game or an assignment has been changed the record
will be created/modified with all of the information
know about the Referee, such as, referee code, grade,
position assigned and the Game #. A warning
message will be displayed if an assignment is changed
and the assessments have already been entered. An
Assessment record will not be created for un-assigned
positions. If a position is filled at a later time
and saved, an assessment record will be created for that
position and assigned referee.
2. Referee
Assessments: As a
result of the above change in Game Assignments, there
should be no need to ‘Add’ an assessment record for each
assigned position in a game. A record for each
referee assigned to a game will be automatically when a
Referee is assigned to a game and the assignment record
is saved. To enter an assessment, find the game
number and then edit each record. The game scores
entered will be carried forward to each assigned
assessment position and saved when the assessments have
been entered and saved. Since all assessment
record assignments will now be added or modified from
the Game Assignment function, the ‘Add’ button has been
removed.
3. Assessment
Process: Corrected
problem of undefined variables when running ‘Enter
Assessments’ from the Assessment Process on the Main
AssessorPro form.
4. Game
Schedule: NOTE – This is a reminder that
Game Assignment Records are created when leaving the
Game Schedule form.
